Prof. Momchil Dobrev co-founded 2003 Theory of Corruption and Theory of Mafia and Theory and Practice of Mafia, which contribute to clearing the Theory of the Degree of Justice / Injustice. Based on their scientific practical work and International rating organization gave them the award WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2022 IN LAW.
