    ABSTRACT:

Anemia is a frequent co-morbidity in patients with heart failure, associated with an increased risk of hospitalization, morbidities, and mortality, making its correction an important factor in improving the quality of life and clinical data, in patients who have both of these pathologies. This article reviews the multifactorial etiology of anemia in heart failure patients, including iron deficiency, chronic inflammation, abnormal levels of erythropoietin, and the abnormal activation of the Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone (SRAA) system, as the main cause of this pathology. The diagnostic guidelines, therapeutic alternatives based on different studies, are also discussed in this review article, especially iron preparations and erythropoietin stimulating preparations.

    ABSTRACT:

Background- Double-J (DJ) stents have become fundamental and widely employed instruments in urology across various procedures, tracing back to their initial introduction in 1967 by Zimskind et al. The typical lifespan of a DJ stent after which it necessitates replacement or removal to prevent potential complications. Despite this, instances of stent negligence are not uncommon. Objective & Method- In this retrospective studyconducted at the Department of Urology, RRMCH, over a period of 20 months,we report our experience in the management of forgotten stents and steps taken by us in preventing DJ stent-relatedmorbidity. Result- A total of 7 patients were enrolled in this study. The mean duration of theindwelling stent in situ was 28.7 months (8-60 months). 71.4% patients forgot about their stent, and in 28.6% patients, there was an inadequate counseling done byurologist. A total of 85.7% patients had encrustations. Some patients required multimodality approach whenneeded with few patients requiring more than 2 proceduresfor removal of indwelling stents. Several complications were noted during or afterforgotten stent. Conclusion- Forgotten DJ stent is still a common problem in developingworld, and it also brings lot of morbidity and financialburden to patient. Proper education and counselingof patients and relatives before and after procedure andmaintaining stent register may help in reducing incidenceof forgotten DJ stent.

    ABSTRACT:

In the intricate tapestry of societal dynamics, the experiences of individuals within the criminal justice system constitute a profound and often overlooked facet. Among these individuals, former inmates bear the weight of a unique journey navigating incarceration, grappling with the consequences of their actions, and striving for redemption upon release. This research embarks on an explorative odyssey into the transformative life stories of former inmates, with a specific focus on their experiences within the confines of Mandaue City Jail. Guided by psychological frameworks such as Deprivation Theory, General Strain Theory, and Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory, this study seeks to unravel the experiences , enduring impacts that characterize the lives of these individuals, and coping mechanisms. Utilizing a qualitative research methodology, including in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, the study amplifies the voices of five informants, each offering a distinctive perspective on their incarceration and subsequent reintegration into society. The findings of this research unearth compelling themes encapsulating the experiences, impacts, and coping mechanisms of the informants within Mandaue City Jail. In the realm of experiences, the informants grappled with the profound challenge of confronting the aftermath of their actions, navigating the intricate terrain of confinement, and unraveling the intricate dynamics of respect within the confines of the correctional system. These experiences collectively form a poignant narrative that speaks to the complex interplay of personal agency and institutional constraints. Delving into the impacts that permeate the lives of these individuals post-incarceration, two overarching themes emerge with striking significance. The "Transformative Power of Faith" stands as a beacon of resilience for the informants, illustrating how a steadfast belief in a higher power serves as a guiding force through the trials of reintegration. Simultaneously, the theme "Seizing Opportunities for Positive Change" underscores the agency of the informants to actively engage with their circumstances, demonstrating a commitment to transformative growth and positive contributions to society. In the realm of coping mechanisms, the informants' narratives unravel a delicate dance between humility and transformative wisdom gleaned through life's lessons. "Embracing Humility" emerges as a powerful coping strategy, emphasizing the significance of respect, self-discipline, and interpersonal relations as tools for navigating the challenges of incarceration. Complementing this, the theme of "Transformative Wisdom Through Life's Lesson" highlights how the informants leverage their past experiences as invaluable guides, learning from mistakes, and emerging with newfound wisdom that transcends the boundaries of their confinement. Collectively, these themes not only offer a nuanced understanding of the informants' experiences but also provide a broader lens through which to comprehend the lasting impacts of incarceration and the coping mechanisms that shape their journey toward reintegration. Each theme encapsulates a chapter in the profound narrative of resilience, growth, and transformation, inviting a deeper contemplation of the human spirit's capacity to navigate adversity and emerge with newfound strength and wisdom.

    ABSTRACT:

This research delves into the transformative journey of individuals engaged in the Therapeutic Community Modality Program (TCMP) within correctional facilities. The specific focus of this study was on individuals who had undergone the Therapeutic Community Modality Program and were subsequently released from Talisay City Jail in Talisay City. The study employs a qualitative approach, gathering rich narratives from informants who have navigated pre-released and post-released experiences. The investigation unfolds in two distinct phases, exploring the irrevocable passage of the "point of no return" within the correctional setting and the subsequent post-release experiences encompassing personal evolution, human dignity, transformative wisdom, and the liberation of happiness in freedom. The research draws theoretical support from Albert Bandura's Reciprocal Determinism Theory, emphasizing the dynamic interplay between individuals, their environment, and their behavior. The findings underscore the holistic impact of TCMP on the lives of participants, portraying it as a catalyst for change that extends beyond conventional rehabilitation approaches. Implications for future practices include the need for holistic program design, the promotion of positive environmental influences, and an emphasis on social modeling and peer support within correctional settings. The study suggests future research directions, such as longitudinal analyses of post-released experiences, comparative studies across rehabilitation models, exploration of individual differences in response to rehabilitation, in-depth examinations of spiritual interventions, and the integration of technology in rehabilitation programs. The abstract encapsulates the research's multidimensional exploration, providing a comprehensive overview of the transformative processes within the TCMP framework.

    ABSTRACT:

More than a century after the first aircraft were used in combat, drones are fundamentally changing the modern battlefield, offering a huge comparative advantage to the armed forces that own them. Over the last decade, they have played an increasing role in armed conflict and modern warfare. The mass and low cost of use have led to a veritable revolution in the design of the modern battlefield. Drones lower the cost of war and can provide even a small country air superiority during war. The Nagorno-Karabakh battlefield is a landmark battlefield where a side in a conflict has achieved a battlefield advantage by using new technologies, and the Ukrainian battlefield is no exception to the use of advanced technologies.

    ABSTRACT:

Background: Hairdressing is a profession which is blooming in modern time not only in money making but also as a desired line of work for the youth. The mechanical load on the joints, prolonged standing, longer working hours, missed meals, not taking breaks during work, and attending to a large number of customers in a single day significantly add as important occupational health risks for these professionals. As a result, several researchers found that occupational-related MSD is widespread among hairdressers resulting in altering their work productivity and also increasing their financial burden. Therefore, this study aims to find out the health problems of urban hairdressers with special focus on musculoskeletal complaints related to physical aspects of the work (muscular pain due to bad postures, repetitive movements, prolonged stretching of muscles, exertion, etc leading to painful discomfort in caring out regular work) based on their self-reported outcomes. Objectives: To find out the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorder in hairdressers by using Nordic questionnaire and VAS scale. Materials and Methods: Based on the inclusion criteria, the study was carried out among 30 salon workers of different salons in Maharashtra. Standard Nordic questionnaire and visual analog scale was used to check the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders for the past 12 months and past 7 days. Statistical Analysis Used: A frequency and percentage table was used to analyze prevalence, and Chi-square test was used to check its association with age, hours of working and work experience among hair dressers. RESULTS: The study shows 30 beauty salon workers were participated in the study which was 100% of response rate. Nordic questionnaire was used to assess the musculoskeletal pain among hairdressers. Pain on visual analog scale (VAS) was also taken to check the severity of pain. Conclusions: The study concluded that the prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorder was majorly seen at neck (70%) followed by lower back (53.33%), shoulder (23.33%) and lastly the knees (43.33%) where the severity of pain was mild and its interference was highly noted in general activities by the hairdressers.

Background: Burn not only affects the survivor's physical health, but it also affects the survivor's psychological state. The most important thing for burn patients is survival, and then comes the disability part. Scarring causes not only disfigurement and a restriction in range of motion, but also a reduction in quality of life in people who have a low mental state. Material & Method: A prospective study was conducted from January 2021 to February 2022 on 55 patients who visited the OPD of the Department of General Surgery, Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki, and Uttar Pradesh. The Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) had granted ethical clearance. A questionnaire based on the EQ-5D-5L and a predictor of health-related quality of life (HRQL) was tabulated with MS-Office and SPSS version 21 software. Result: Young generations, with a preponderance of women from middle- to low-socioeconomic status, are the most affected in this study. EQ-5D-5L pre-operative questionnaire On the other hand, none of the burn contracture patients are in good health; 4-7 patients have a zero score. On evaluation of mental status, it was seen that all 55 patients had been facing anxiety and depression due to social fear, feeling disabled, and feeling helpless. After a year of follow-up, they have no social fear, depression, or anxiety and have happily returned to work, revealing a score of 100, which indicates excellent health. Conclusion: Burn survivors' mental health is impacted by post-burn hand contracture. Hence, it requires psychological counselling routinely as a part of the rehabilitation programme in order to improve the quality of life.

The study was conducted at Misamfu Aquaculture Research Station in Zambia to evaluate the morphology of three Oreochromis macrochir populations from Chambeshi, Kafue and Luapula rivers for recommendation to the species genetic improvement programme, as a prerequisite before a genetic improvement programme is undertaken. Body measurements were collected on 20 adult specimens of each population to study morphological differences among the three strains. Principal component analysis (PCA) for the three strains indicated no significant difference (p=0.351), with the first principal component (PC1), which is size, explained 59.7% of the variation while the second PC, which is the shape, explained 18.5 % of the variation. The variables that had high loadings on the second PC were PADC (80.7%), HED (73%) and VED (68.3%). Principal component analysis (PCA) of morphometric measurements between Chambeshi and Luapula indicated 75.2% of the variation was due to the first two components (PC1 [59%] and PC2 [16.2 %]). Analysis of variance on PC scores of PC2, whose shape, showed that there were significant differences (p=0.027) in shape between the two strains. The PCA between Chambeshi and Kafue indicated 82% of the variation was due to the first two components (PC1 [58.7%] and PC2 [23.3 %]). Analysis of variance on PC score of PC2 showed that the two strains were not significantly different (p=0.979) in shape. The PCA between Kafue and Luapula indicated 80.9% of the variation was due to the first two components (PC1 [61.8%] and PC2 [19.1%]). Analysis of variance on PC score of PC2 showed that the two strains were not significantly different (p=0.249) in shape. The study concluded that the Chambeshi with Kafue and, Luapula with Kafue strains were not significantly different in the measured parameters, while Chambeshi and Luapula differed significantly on the horizontal eye diameter, vertical eye diameter and the cheek depth, and therefore the observed differences could be attributed to geographical separation.

    ABSTRACT:

La phénoménologie VAWC or the Anti-Violence against Women and Their Children Act of 2004, is a law passed to protect women and children from violence also known as RA 9262, the law is in keeping with the provisions on human rights enshrined in the Philippine Constitution. Violence against women and children (VAWC) appears as one of the country’s pervasive social problems. However, a concerning reality exists where many VAWC cases remain unreported and unprosecuted. This raises crucial questions: Why do victims choose not to pursue charges against their abusers, and what factors contribute to this decision?. This study determined the Prevailing Reasons Why Most Victims of VAWC Will Not Pursue in Filing Cases. Descriptive type of research was utilized; the data were gathered through survey-made questionnaire as the main instrument in data gathering for the respondents from Lapu-Lapu City. The study revealed that the majority of the respondents were aged 37-40 years old and were from Barangay VAWC and WCPD investigators, were married, and the educational attainment mostly is bachelor's degree. A convenience sampling technique was used when the respondents were selected based on their availability and willingness to participate in the study. The main instrument used had undergone content validation through the panel of experts to ascertain their functionality and reliability. Data Analysis was done using frequency, percentage, and weighted mean. The findings revealed that physical, emotional, financial, and social aspects serve as a way for a researcher in determining the most common reasons why most victims will not pursue filing cases. Based on the results, in financial aspects, most of the victims will not pursue filing a case as they did not have enough money to file.

    ABSTRACT:

This study determinedthe level of Awareness on the Lapu-Lapu City Ordinance No. 93 among the Fishermen in Barangay San Vicente, Barangay Tingo, and Barangay SabangLapu-Lapu City.Any infringement of a criminal statute specifically enacted to preserve wildlife is considered a wildlife crime, according to a widely used though extremely broad definition of the term. The laws usually cover animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, and even insects), as well as certain plants (Gregorich, 1992; Muth & Bowe, 1998). The majority of the Philippines' regions are coastal, and it is believed that 70% of Filipinos reside there (Palomares and Pauly, 2014).In terms of the Philippine economy and food security, fishing is very important (Santos et al., 2011). Since poverty in the Philippines has remained persistently high and the population has increased, it is necessary to ensure the food supply to maintain feeding the population. Fisheries have a favorable nutritional impact as a source of vital protein and critical nutrients, making them a strategically significant aspect (Prein and Ahmed, 2000; Irz et al., 2007). To carry out this study, the researcher utilizeddescriptive method in describing, analyzing, and interpreting a quantitative data at Olango Island more particularly (San Vicente, Barangay Tingo, and Barangay Sabang) Lapu-Lapu City. It served as a fact-finding method in which the survey questionnaire served as the primary data gathering instrument in this study. Descriptive analysis includes adequate interpretation of the data gathered. This study was conducted in Olango Island, Lapu-Lapu City. Olango Island is composed of 8 barangays such as Barangay, Baring, Caw-oy, Sabang, Santa Rosa, Talima, Tingo, Tunga-san, and San Vicente. This study was conducted particularly in Barangay San Vicente, Barangay Tingo, and Barangay Sabang. The respondents of this study are limited to 150 fishermen from three chosen barangays, which are Tingo (50), San Vicente (50), and Sabang (50), which were chosen through non-probability sampling. The researchers chose Olango Island since it is a diverse coastal ecosystem, and the majority of its population relies on fishing as a livelihood. This research study utilized non-probability sampling method in determining the total sample population from the total population of all the chosen barangays. Individuals are selected based on non-random criteria, and not everyone has a chance of being included. The findings of the study then revealed that a lack of education and coordination made it hard to address the problem among fishermen’s awareness of Lapu-Lapu City Ordinance No. 93. On the other hand, there is an immense possibility that most of them only received second-hand knowledge without absolute knowledge of Lapu-Lapu City Ordinance No. 93. This means that there is a lack of informational drive and cooperation between the fishermen and the law enforcers against these illegal activities.

    ABSTRACT:

Kallmann syndrome is a rare sporadic and inherited chromosomal disorder, resulting in olfactogenital dysplasia. Embryonic olfactory epithelium gives rise to cells that differentiate into GnRH secreting neurons. These GnRH neurons which originate in the olfactory placode (i.e. the early developing nose); then migrate along the fetal olfactory neurons that also originate in the nose; and eventually enter the brain ultimately finding their way to the hypothalamus. In KS, there is Failed neuronal migration from olfactory placode to the hypothalamus. An 18-year-old male presented to the OPD with complaints of not attaining secondary sexual characteristics along with absence of sense of smell. Further investigations (USG, hormone panel, MRI brain) were performed and he was diagnosed to have kallmann syndrome and treatment with monthly intramuscular testosterone was started.

    ABSTRACT:

Introduction: Most common benign tumours of smooth muscle is leiomyoma which is frequently seen in uterus. Extrauterine leiomyoma are rare especially in the deep soft tissue like female urethra. Thus, presence of a urethra mass poses a significant diagnostic challenge as its differential diagnosis includes an extensive list of both benign and malignant pathologies of gynaecological or urologic origin. We describe an unusual case of urethral leiomyoma that was mistaken as bladder mass. Objective: Review the diagnosis and evaluation, summarize the treatment of urethral leiomyoma. Methods: A 23 yr. old female presented to our department with complains of increased frequency of micturition and lower abdominal pain since 2 months. CT KUB suggestive of well defined mild homogenously enhancing soft tissue density polypoidal mass lesion in proximal urethra indenting on base of bladder with intravesical extension likely suggestive of benign neoplastic mass. The patient underwent transurethral resection of the urethral mass under spinal anaesthesia. Results: HPE S/o Benign spindle cell lesion of urethral tumour IHC = SMA & Vimentin – Positive suggestive of leiomyoma. Conclusion: Urethral leiomyoma is rare and poses diagnostic difficulty to a certain degree. Complete surgical excision was recommended for HPE confirmation.

    ABSTRACT:

Acute periodontitis can become chronic apical periodontitis, which can then drain into the sinus tract, as a result of minor carelessness and incorrect diagnosis of ongoing oral infections brought on by trauma, caries, or periodontal disease. Although an intra-oral drainage is more typical, this sinus may be extra-oral or intra-oral. The goal of this case report is to discuss how extra oral sinuses are managed following successful endodontic therapy. The patient was sent to us after receiving many antibiotic prescriptions as a result of a misdiagnosis. Following clinical assessments, root canal therapy was carried out. During the follow-up period, the indications and symptoms resolved, confirming the accurate diagnosis. Elimination of dental infection leads to complete recovery in such patients.

    ABSTRACT:

The main objective of this research is to critically evaluate moral education in Sri Lankan school curriculum. Education is very important in our lives. It helps us to make a better life. It is a process of learning. On the other hand, it helps to improve different skills and capabilities, habits, knowledge, values as well as beliefs. What is moral education? It can simply define as teaching students about values or moral habits which helps to live in the society helpfully and peacefully. In this process, subjects have been introduced to develop moral education in the school curriculums. Teaching moral education belongs to the hidden curriculum because, from various subjects, we learn values and good habits. For example, if, through religion, we learn to be kind, then automatically it is teaching moral values. Education aims at development or growth intellectually as well as morally. It helps to develop good habits, civic, well-behaved, successful, and healthy qualities that are acceptable in society. In the process of learning, moral education is provided through various subjects such as civic education and life skills, health science, religion, and ethics. The fundamental way in which education helps social progress is by aiding the moral development of the individual and the society. According to Dewey, education means intellectual and moral development or growth. Talk of ethical theories is scarcely at a premium in current debates about morality and moral education, yet these are no more than attempts to make explicit the reasons why some things are considered good and others bad; to go beyond the simple commands ‘Do this’ and ‘Don’t do that, or else’. Few would suggest that anything resembling a formal course in ethics would provide an answer to our current problems. Therefore, the practice of moral development in our education system must be investigated in this sense and it is needed to analyze and evaluate the existing teaching and practice of moral education within Sri Lankan school education system. This research focuses on addressing the present practice of moral education in school setting. This study also critically investigates the gaps and inadequate areas of moral application in our country in comparison to the international standards. The methodology of this research applies mixed methods, for a qualitative approach this involves the conceptual clarification of moral education along with moral reasoning with reference to different texts on value education. As well, this study quantitatively gathers information by conducting on the teaching of civics subject in school curricula in grade 8 of the Sri Lankan national school syllabus. We selected two schools in Colombo district, namely Lumbini College and Musaeus College. The Sample is 100 students in 13 years of age, and analysis the data using SPSS analysis.

An immediate implant placement in the anterior aesthetic zone is a challenging job for the operator since it is associated with higher chances of buccal bone resorption both in vertical and horizontal dimensions after extraction of tooth. In the present era of modern implantology newer techniques, materials and methods are introducing day by day to prevent bone loss around immediate extraction implant placement site and maintenance of soft tissue as well as hard tissue architecture around the implant. Partial extraction therapy / socket shield therapy is one of the promising and successful technique to prevent buccal bone loss and maintenance of soft tissue architecture around the implant. In SST a piece of tooth root which is left over the buccal wall to maintain the blood supply through periodontal ligament hence preventing the bone loss and maintaining the volume of surrounding tissue (1). This technique is practiced from single rooted to multiple rooted tooth. The complexity of the technique and chances of procedural error increases with the variation in anatomy of root in term of shape, number, curvature and location inside oral cavity.

    ABSTRACT:

In sub-Saharan Africa, the issue of girls' education remains a major concern in terms of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4. This issue involves several aspects, such as school retention and success. In Burkina Faso, keeping girls in school and ensuring their success is one of the major concerns of the education authorities. Despite the government's efforts, gender inequalities still persist. While parity has been achieved at primary level, inequalities still persist at secondary level despite all the efforts made. The gross enrolment ratio (girls/boys) is 1.02 at primary level, compared with 0.90 at secondary level by 2021-2022. The completion rate is 17.1% for girls and 21.1% for boys in 2021-2022. Women are also under-represented in the teaching profession, particularly at secondary level: the proportion of women teachers is 49.0% at primary level and 22% at secondary level in 2021-2022 (DGESS/MENAPLN, 2022). The security crisis that the country has been experiencing since 2014 has severely shaken the national education system. Girls are the hardest hit. This concern is also shared by the Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) and the Laboratoire de Recherche sur les Transformations Économiques et Sociales (LARTES-IFAN), which, since 2021, with the technical and financial support of the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), have initiated and are implementing a programme to benefit four (04) countries, namely Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sao Tome and Principe and Chad. One of the main approaches used in implementing the project is TUSEME, which is a FAWE model aimed at empowering young people, especially girls. One of the strategic objectives of implementing the TUSEME approach is to create transformational leadership among girls and build their confidence and self-esteem to enable them to remain in the education system and successfully complete their schooling. A mixed qualitative and quantitative method was used to mobilise empirical data for this study. The article analyses the issues involved and the factors conducive to increasing girls' school retention and success rates: the case of the TUSEME project in Burkina Faso.

The observation of the researcher as a nurse in a hospital in South-East, Nigeria is that intra-professional conflict is rife among nurses. Strikingly, the incidence of intra-professional conflict among nurses could be a function of many factors among which are age and academic qualifications. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate Effects of age and academic qualification on intra-professional conflict among nurses in selected hospitals in South-East, Nigeria. The research design employed in the study was a cross sectional survey, sample size of 997 nurses who were randomly selected participated in the study. The data were obtained using a 19-item questionnaire titled: Sources of Intra-Professional Conflicts among Nurses Questionnaire (SIPCNQ). SIPCNQ was validated by two other experts from departments of nursing and health management. Reliability of SIPCNQ which was tested with Cronbach alpha test to determine its internal consistency obtained an alpha coefficient reliability of 0.68-0.86 and was considered reliable for the study. Mean, Standard Deviation with Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) were used for data analysis. The findings of the study revealed that intra-professional conflict negatively affected nurses of 21-30yrs the most, followed by nurses of 31-40yrs while nurses of 51-60 years are least affected by intra-professional conflict. Furthermore, the findings of the study revealed that intra-professional conflict negatively affected nurses with Diploma/other certificates the most, followed by nurses with BScN/BNSc degree while nurses with PhD/other higher degrees are least affected by intra-professional conflict. Based on the findings of the study, it was recommended that Ministry of health and employers of nurses should endeavor to organize conferences and workshops for younger nurses on the professional ways of managing and resolving intra-professional conflicts.

    ABSTRACT:

The banking industry which is essential to the development of an economy often play with non-performing assets. An asset for which the borrower has not paid the interest or principal for the given period of time, it is referred to as a non-performing asset in India. This is as per the as per compliance in accordance with the guidelines issued by RBI. As non-performing assets increase, banks become more cautious in the disbursement of the loans. As a result, there is less flow of credit to industries which in turns creates a problem of payments. The objectives of the current research article are to compare the factors for non-performing assets and returns on assets for PSUs and private sector banks over a period of twelve-year i.e., 2010–11 to 2021–22. The study takes into account a variety of performance indicators, including gross NPA%, net NPA%, return on assets, growth in net non-performing assets (NNPA) and growth in return on assets (ROA). For PSUs, statistical date about performance of State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, and for private sector, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank have been considered. While there has been a decline in NPA’s over the research period, PSUs still have far more non-performing assets than private sector banks. Although there are also declining patterns in the returns on assets, PSUs are far less affected as compared to private sector banks.

    ABSTRACT:

The world's coral reefs are under increasing pressure due to local and global triggering factors (e.g., acidification, pollution, plastic waste, rising temperatures, and wastewater) that degrade the condition and function of coral reefs. These pressures have the potential to cause drastic changes in coral reefs, such as a "shift to the algal phase," in which Scleractinia coral-dominated communities "switch" to macroalgae-dominated communities or less productive algal grasses. The purpose of these research consists of to identify comprehending the influence of variables influencing fish community dynamicsand figuring out the mechanisms that give corals and reef fish resilience in the face of change. The collecting data need two months of fieldwork, conducted in 2023, beginning in October and finishing in November 2023. The study location is Lihaga Island in the North Minahasa Regency with the focus of research is coral ecosystems. The underwater photo transect method, also known as the Underwater Photo Transect (UPT) method, utilizes advancements in computer software and digital camera technology. A roll-meter was placed 50 meters away from each site, and 50 images were taken at each station. Reef fish data was obtained from the results of research conducted by 37 people on Lihaga Island, North Sulawesi. This publication specifically uses data on reef fish that are targeted for fishing and has not been published before. The method used was the underwater visual census method on the belt transect. Visual censuses were conducted by divers along a 50-meter transect line with left and right-side widths of 2.5 m each, resulting in a census area of 250 m2 per transect. The study of the coral cover at Lihaga Beach revealed that the cover value of dead coral groups was about 40.32%, that of living coral groups was approximately 38.58%, and that of other groups (OT) was approximately 21.11%.: Coral lifeform types ACB, CMR, HA, ACD, CA, ACE, ACT, CF, DC, ACS, SC, CE, SP, OT, CS, and CM forms are what define Group 1. DCA and S are characteristics of Group 2. ACB, CMR, HA, ACD, CA, ACE, ACT, CF, DC, ACS, SC, CE, SP, OT, CS, and CM are the characteristics of Group 3. Group 2 is distinguished by S and DCA. HA, ACD, CF, DC, ACS, SC, CE, SP, OT, CS, CM, DCA, and S are the characteristics of Group 3. CB and RB make up Group 4. Every one of the four sizable groupings has a certain function or portion within an ecosystem. The results of the analysis showed that the uniformity value (E) of reef fish on Lihaga Island was included in the stable category with a value of 0.79 or included in the > category with a value of 0.75. The results of the reef fish cluster analysis (target group) are divided into 3 major groups, namely, the first group consists of Zebrasoma scopas and Parupeneusmultifasciatus. The second group is of the type Ctenochaetus striatus. The third group of Ctenochaetusbinotatus species, which has the greatest value of all target fish species, represents two observation stations on Lihaga Island. The large number of fish species, Ctenochaetusbinotatus and Ctenochaetus striatus, which became the largest group based on the results of this cluster analysis
