The theatre scheduling system is the centerpiece of the operating theatre playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation of the theatre while providing the highest quality of surgical services. An efficient system helps facilities utilize the available resources optimally and adapt to changes smoothly. This study assesses the current theatre scheduling system at Vihiga County Referral Hospital. A particular area of focus is its adaptability to various operational challenges such as equipment failures and machine breakdown, staff shortages resulting from sick leaves and study leaves, industrial actions like staff strikes, and external factors such as surgical camps utilizing the theatre. This study employed a mixed-methods research design incorporating quantitative data from theatre staff through structured questionnaires and qualitative data collected through key informant interviews. The target population of the 30 staff members who work in the theatre was sampled. The quantitative data were integrated and analyzed using Microsoft Excel to assess how the existing system responds to disruptions from operational challenges. Findings indicated that the current theatre scheduling system was moderately efficient, as rated by 76% of the respondents. It also identified several key operational challenges as major disruptors of the theatre operation; these challenges were, machine breakdown (52%), industrial action (32%), and staff shortage (16%). Emergency cases were also noted as a key disruptor of the theatre operation, as the facility lacked a dedicated operating room for emergency cases. While 68% of the staff believe the system prioritizes urgent cases effectively, 28% of the respondents reported occasional cancellations and delays due to poor resource allocation and emergency cases. Over-reliance on informal arrangements highlighted the need for standardized protocols. The current theatre scheduling system at Vihiga County Referral Hospital is moderately effective but faces significant operational challenges. Recommendations include investing in equipment maintenance, improving communication channels, developing formal protocols for system adaptation, and setting aside an operating room for emergency cases. These measures could enhance the system’s resilience and efficiency, ultimately improving patient care and staff productivity.

Aquatic macrophyte plants are found globally and exhibit a variety of growth forms along with adaptable physiological and metabolic processes that respond to changes in environmental conditions. The majority of macrophyte species are cosmopolitan, and closely related species often replace one another in the aquatic ecosystems across different regions of the world. Macrophytic vegetation encompasses both deep-water and shallow-water species, as well as those that thrive in water in emergent, submerged, or floating forms. While some species are exclusively aquatic, others can grow and reproduce in environments that are periodically flooded. A comprehensive survey was conducted to assess the presence of emergent macrophytes in the waterways of the Dharashiv district in Maharashtra, and the findings were documented. The survey results reveal that a total of species from 27 families were recorded in. The Cyperaceae family was the most prevalent, comprising 39 species, followed by the Poaceae family with 10 species, Nymphaceae with 7 species, and Convolvulaceae with 4 species. Additionally, there were 2 species each from 7 emergent macrophyte families, along with one species from 14 other families. This study offers essential baseline data on the diversity of emergent macrophytes, their comparative status, variability, and distribution within the region.

The ability of students to manage their academic expenses and financial stability greatly depends on their financial literacy. However, many students find budgeting and financial planning challenges, eventually stressing them out and affecting their academic performance. The study is aimed at assessing the financial problems being encountered by the Senior High School and College students at Sto. Tomas College Danao, Inc. It intends to find out their financial management strategies and how financial stress affects their education. By employing the case study research design, data were collected via structured surveys that were administered through Google Forms. The subjects were Senior High School and College students, and they provided insight into their financial problems, saving habits, and budgeting strategies. Thematic analysis was utilized to develop patterns and major themes present in student responses. The result indicates that time management is the most common strategy used by students for maintaining both financial and academic stability (24.1 percent for Senior High School students; 37.1 percent for College students). Budgeting, saving, and smart spending also topped the list. On the contrary, financial constraints like tuition fees and daily expenses hinder students' concentration and academic performance. Some take up part-time jobs while others rely on family members to support their studies. This indicates the relevancy of financial literacy programs and institutional interventions meant to help students acquire proper financial management skills. When educational institutions and equalization policies solve the financial issues affecting students, the life of the academic environment becomes more stable so that students may concentrate more on their academic efforts than on the pressure of financial burden.

This research study investigates the role of handwriting in shaping first impressions and personality perceptions. Handwriting has historically been linked to personality traits through theories like graphology, its validity and contemporary relevance remain debated. The study explores whether handwriting styles influence judgments about individuals' traits such as confidence, and intelligence. Using a qualitative descriptive design, the research surveyed 60 Grade 11 students from Sto. Tomas College in Danao City, Cebu, Philippines, through an online questionnaire administered via Google Forms. The instrument combined multiple-choice questions, Likert-scale items, and open-ended responses to capture students' perceptions of the relationship between handwriting and personality. Thematic analysis of the data revealed mixed perspectives: while a majority (78%) of participants acknowledged connections between handwriting and personality, others challenged these associations, particularly disputing the link between messy handwriting and lower intelligence. Notably, neat handwriting was frequently associated with traits like diligence and honesty, aligning with graphological theories, yet many respondents emphasized that handwriting quality does not definitively reflect academic ability or personal well-being. The informations that we gather are very useful to our study to determine our respondent's opinion but the majority of them didn't agree that our personal handwriting is connected into our attitude and what of kind of person are we. We conduct this study to change the beliefs and rumors that is very common into our society through this research we aimed that we can change this belief and we gain more knowledge about the right belief system that we can use.

Fetiform teratoma is a rare highly developed mature teratoma with organoid differentiation although it is not as developed as fetus in fetus which is the only differential diagnosis of this entity. It should be distinguished from the fetus in fetu by absence of the axial skeleton. However, there is controversy in the distinction between Fetus in Fetu and fetiform teratoma and that both entities could represent two aspects of the same pathology at different stages of maturation. A day 6 female child with abdominal massunderwent ultrasonography, CT-scan and surgery. On imaging, Large well defined solid cystic lesion with soft tissue and macrocalcification in retroperitoneum in right side displacing right kidney to left side suggestive of Retroperitoneal Teratoma.. The entire sac with its content were completely excised. Tumor markers wasAFP >2000ng/ml, BHCG =15IU/L. The patient underwent surgery and The mass was excised in toto and observed having three distinct fetal heads with hair and clumped trunks.Very few cases of fetiform teratoma have been reported in English literature, however Highly developed teratoma is a diagnostic dilemma as it resembles fetus in fetu. The absence of a spinal axis differentiates this entity from the fetus in fetu.

This article is based on the perception that nowadays in different spheres, whether economic, political, social or environmental, ethics and sustainability are discussed. Worryingly, there is a need to establish and consolidate ethics among women, particularly those who carry out commercial activities in the informal market, so that environmental sustainability can be achieved. Therefore, the present research has the general objective of analyzing what has prevented the affirmation of ethics by sellers for the environmental sustainability of the Cabassango market. Thus, exploratory and bibliographical research was used as methods, the hypothetical deductive and statistical method, the questionnaire technique was applied to 80 women salespeople and the semi-structured interview technique was applied to 4 market managers, of whom 3 were male and 1 was female, a systematic observation was also carried out, the data was treated statistically using SPSS software. It was found that the majority of sellers have complied with ethical principles, but this has not contributed satisfactorily to environmental sustainability, as the 80 women surveyed, which corresponds to 100%, stated that they use plastic bags, which has encouraged their customers buying more plastic bags and who are unaware of the damage that plastic bags cause to the environment. Therefore, it was concluded that sustainable actions have not been implemented in the market, which has prevented the sellers from affirming their ethics towards environmental sustainability in the Cabassango market.

Applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across different fields have revolutionized industries, and law is no exception. In India, the judiciary has traditionally acted as the interpretation of the Constitution based on conventional legal axioms and human judgment. But with the advent of AI in the guise of Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and big data analysis, the trend of interpretation of law will shift. The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in different areas has revolutionized the domain of governance, law, and policy-making. Constitutional interpretation in India has been a man-centric process hitherto, led by legal professionals, judges, and the judiciary. But with growing powers of AI, particularly in handling huge amounts of information and inferring meaning from complicated systems, AI may be capable of making noteworthy contributions to the understanding of the Indian Constitution. This article discusses whether AI can be employed to interpret the Indian Constitution, how AI can be used in analysing large legal documents, precedents, and judgments in reaching more effective, consistent, and unbiased interpretations. While AI can augment legal research, predict the verdict, and make constitutional knowledge available to all doorsteps, issues like algorithmic bias, ethics, and the requirement of human judgment in complicated cases persist. The article ends with a foray into the future of AI and constitutional law and how it shall shape the Indian judiciary. all the information made available to the entire humanity, problems like bias in algorithms, ethical concerns, And the appeal for human wisdom in hard cases persist.

Effective communication between healthcare providers and patients is vital for successful diabetes management, particularly in low-resource settings like Cameroon where the prevalence of diabetes is rising. This systematic review explored existing literature on communication practices in diabetes care, focusing on the types of communication used, the quality of provider–patient interactions, and barriers that hinder effective communication. Evidence from both high- and low-income settings consistently shows that strategies such as patient-centered care, shared decision-making, motivational interviewing, and the teach-back method improve treatment adherence, self-management, and glycemic control. However, in Cameroon, these practices are often poorly implemented due to systemic limitations. Language discordance, low health literacy, and cultural beliefs frequently disrupt communication, particularly in rural and underserved communities. Unlike high-income countries where interpreter services and culturally tailored training are more common, Cameroon lacks the infrastructure to consistently support such approaches. Overburdened healthcare systems, high patient loads, and limited time for consultations further reduce opportunities for effective provider–patient engagement. These communication challenges not only contribute to poor treatment adherence and diabetes-related complications but also increase healthcare costs and deepen health inequities. The review highlights an urgent need for context-specific interventions that strengthen provider training, promote culturally appropriate health education, and embed communication strategies within national health policy. Addressing these gaps is essential for improving outcomes and equity in diabetes care. Future research should prioritize exploring communication dynamics from both patient and provider perspectives to guide more effective and sustainable interventions in Cameroon.
