The preamble of the Forest Rights Act 2006 itself acknowledges the injustice done to the communities of Schedule Tribes and other people staying in the forests by stating that there has been an historical injustice done to the Schedule Tribes and other traditional forest dwellers. The Bill was passed by the parliament in the year 2006 for the recognition of the rights of the tribal and other communities who have been staying in the forest for centuries for their main livelihood.

This study primarily aimed to enhance the students’ speaking competence in Naval Night High School through communicative language teaching (CLT) method. This study utilized the descriptive-correlational research design, with the aid of observation checklist and rubric to measure the speaking competence of the Junior High School students, school year 2018-2019.

Charging and discharging of lithium batteries and their safety performance are one of the key indicators to determine their working ability. The state monitoring system of lithium battery pack designed in this paper not only fully meets the requirements of production, but also fully reflects the characteristics of reliability and cost-effective ratio. The system is based on single chip computer control, and fully considers charge and discharge signal monitoring, temperature signal monitoring, discharge maintenance and charge equalization in the design.

Laser ablation mechanism focuses a laser beam on a substrate for the removal of any surface material. The removed mass relies on the material itself, pulse length, intensity power and laser wavelength. Numerous benefits of laser ablation as compared to the traditional nanomaterials’ processes are utilized for the determination of chemical’s concentration level, their incidence or more specifically of the surface material. However, the substitute solutions go through a procedure of multiple steps which is hazardous for environment, time taking, obstinate and expensive.

The importance of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has become so strong in contemporary times. A descriptive survey, the research assessed availability of ICT devices and uptake by teachers in secondary schools in Yenagoa metropolis and make recommendations.43 mathematics teachers were purposively selected for the study; data were collected by questionnaire that has a reliability co-efficient of 0.73 and structured interview. These were cross-tabulated and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Mean scores cum percentages were reported.

Background: lymphocytes are a main component of the immune system, reaching an optimum level of lymphocytic count may improve immunity in healthy subjects or fasten recovery from diseases; therefore manual lymphatic draining effects were compared to mechanical lymphatic draining. Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate manual lymphatic drainage versus mechanical lymphatic drainage effects on total lymphocytic count in healthy subjects.
