Objetivo: Identificar alteraciones en el estado nutricional del paciente pediátrico en el servicio de Hospitalización pediatría con estancia de más de 3 días en el CEMENAV. Metodo de Estudio: Se evaluó el estado nutricional del paciente pediátrico que ingresaba al servicio de hospitalización del Centro Médico Naval, así como la alteración que sufría durante su estancia hospitalaria con el fin de determinar presencia o no de riesgo nutricional del paciente pediátrico por el proceso hospitalario. El método de estudio fue de tipo observacional prospectivo longitudinal.

The purpose of this study was to determine the best fit model of ways of coping of detainees’ spouses. Specifically, it explored the interrelationship among variables including level of social support, psychological well-being and distress tolerance on ways of coping on detainees’ spouses. This study utilized quantitative research design and structural equation modeling. Data were sourced from 400 detainees’ spouses in Misamis Occidental Region X. The questionnaire was divided into four sections including social support, psychological well-being, distress tolerance and ways of coping.

Antecedentes: La Neumonía Asociada a la Ventilación Mecánica es una complicación pulmonar que se desarrolla después de 48 a 72 horas de iniciada la intubación endotraqueal y la Asistencia Mecánica Ventilatoria. Objetivo: Determinar el periodo de ventilación mecánica como factor de riesgo para el desarrollo de Neumonía asociada a ventilación mecánica en el paciente adulto en estado crítico del Centro Médico Naval, México.

Determinar si el sucralfato frente a omeprazol está asociada al desarrollo de Neumonía por ventilación mecánica en pacientes ingresados en las unidades críticas del CEMENAV.

Tree growth variables were collected at Elephant and Biosphere reserves of Omo Forest Reserve, Ogun State for volume model and form factor development. Ten(10) plots of equal sizes (50 x 50m) were randomly located in each of the forests using the systematic line transect sampling method. Trees with DBH ≥ 20 cm were enumerated.

Babies born before 3 weeks of gestation are called preterm infants. The birth of premature infants represents a crisis for most parents and may adversely affect the development of the parent- infant relationship. Objectives of the study: • To assess the pretest knowledge, attitude and practices of mothers of preterm babies regarding preterm care.

This article focuses on the study of genre problems of poetic translation, in particular, on the reflection of radif in translation. Although the content of this problem in the example of Makhtumkuli's poetry is integrated with the number of lines from poetry, the use of these techniques, although less in the practice of poetic translation, is not surprising if the recognition serves as a special tool for translators.

Tree yield and regeneration potential were investigated in natural forest ecosystem in the southwestern region of Nigeria. Three forest reserves were selected for data collection. The three forest reserves are Akure Forest Reserve in Akure South Local Government Area, Eda Forest Reserve in Ekiti State and Idanre Forest Reserve in Idanre Local Government Area of Ondo State. Four equal size (25 × 25m) sample plots were centrally located in each of the selected forest reserves by adopting systematic line transect method.

Background: Children with spastic cerebral palsy have a pelvic instability which affect on balance ability. Purpose: to determine effect of pelvic stability training on balance in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Subjects and Methods: Thirty two children with spastic cerebral palsy participated in this study and divided into two equal groups,(control and study). Berg balance scale used for assessment before and after treatment.
