Background: At the beginning of the pandemic in Spain, concern was raised about the need to hospitalize the elderly living in nursing homes affected by coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). A multidisciplinary hospital team was formed in Valladolid (Spain) to medicalize these facilities. Methods: 835 elderly residents (70% women and 30% men) of six nursing homes were analyzed.

Introduction: Child malnutrition is still as major public health problem in many parts of the world especially in developing countries like Nepal. There are numerous causes of child malnutrition among which demographic, socio-economic as well as many other factors are responsible for this condition. So this study was done to identify factors associated with malnutrition among under five children of Jaimini Municipality, Baglung. Study Groups: The study population was the children of 6-59months along with their mothers was study population.

Indo-Myanmar border trade are governed by the kind of human groups living in border areas. By this, we mean the ethnic composition on both sides of the boundary. Background: Core stability training has become a popular fitness practice that is already being used in rehabilitation and sports medicine programs. Core stability training is the basic and fundamental component of many comprehensive functional rehabilitation programs. In the late 1990s, core stability training was created based upon findings from large number of studies which demonstrated the significance of trunk control in neuromuscular reorganization in managing back pain.

Background: Myofascial trigger points (TrP) are one of the most overlooked and ignored causes of musculoskeletal pain. Purpose: This current study is designed to investigate and compare the effects of extracorporeal shockwave and high-power pain threshold ultrasound in treating myofascial trigger points in upper trapezius. Materials and methods: This study will be conducted in outpatient clinic of faculty of physical therapy in Egyptian Chinese University. Sixty patients with upper trapezius trigger point participated in the study and each participant read and signs the consent form.

Background: At the Background: Patellar tendinopathy presents one of the most common and formidable challenges for competitive athletes and sports medicine clinicians. Diagnosed clinically as activity-related anterior knee pain associated with focal patellar tendon tenderness it is frequently the source of chronic pain and limits athletic practice and performance. . The prevalence of jumper's knee (patellar tendinopathy) is high, up to 40%‐50%, in sports characterized by high demands on leg extensor speed and power, such as volleyball, basketball, football, and athletics.

Purpose: Text-Neck Syndrome is a rising 21st-century syndrome that affects millions of people of all ages all over the world. This study aimed to investigate the effect of Text-Neck Syndrome on Scapular Index and Respiratory Functions in Different Age Groups. Methods: Forty-four subjects aged between (10 and 29 years) who had Text-Neck Syndrome participated in this study. They were distributed into 2 groups according to their age. Group (A) adolescent age group (10-19 years) and group (B) young adult age group (20-29 years).
